Job Title: Product Strategy & Business Manager – Luxury / Skin care (not limited to this sector)

Location: Mexico City - Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control material, retail materials, and inventory to ensure availability and proper rotation.
  • Analyze commercial needs and make intelligent decisions regarding resource optimization, avoiding unnecessary expenses (e.g., testers).
  • Oversee a diverse product portfolio (400–600 SKUs), demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Implement commercial plans with a strong, influential presence and effective collaboration across departments.
  • Generate accurate reports and analysis, consistently aligning actions with corporate standards and communicating results to headquarters.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of two, fostering growth, capability, and high motivation.
  • Obtain, analyze, and interpret retailer data for smarter business decisions and improved results.
  • Optimize processes and champion efficiency, continuously seeking new technologies—especially AI tools—to technologize and automate work.
  • Drive Collaboration: Foster effective cross-functional teamwork by building strong relationships across departments to execute commercial strategies successfully.
  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Continuously optimize the product portfolio, identifying opportunities for evolution and adjustment according to market and business needs.
  • AI & Technology Implementation: Identify, implement, and leverage AI tools and technological solutions to automate processes, gain efficiencies, and enhance decision-making.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of trends and shifts in the market, proactively responding to competitor moves, consumer expectations, and new business opportunities.
  • Coaching & Talent Development: Mentor, train, and develop team members, ensuring continuous professional growth, performance improvement, and motivation.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in premium/luxury industries, pharmaceuticals, skincare, or FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).
  • Fluent English C1
  • Visionary, with highly developed long-term and strategic thinking.
  • Equipped with outstanding leadership, communication, and social skills: inspiring, persuasive, and trustworthy.
  • Adept at building connection, trust, and effective teamwork both within your team and across the organization.
  • High tolerance for frustration and high resilience to unexpected change, maintaining performance and motivation despite adversity.
  • Maturity and professional discretion in handling sensitive information.
